Yoon Joon-suh and Yoon Eun-suh grew up as a siblings without a knowledge that they're not related at all. Eun-suh and Shin-ae are accidently switched each other at the hospital where they were borned. The secrets revealed when Eun-suh was involved in an accident. Later then it was discovered that her blood is different from her parents.

Eun-suh and Shin-ae life is completely turn over when they start return back to their origin family. As the tragedy was hard enough to accept for the Yoon family, they left for the State leave Eun-suh with her real family in Korea.

Years later, Joon-suh returned to Korea and by chance, they reunited again. They continue their relationship as a sibling but later they develope a feeling for each other. For the time Joon-suh already have fiancee, Yumi and Eun-suh is started to be liked by Tae-sok, Joon-suh friends.

Everything is mess up when Shin-ae is returned and angry with Eun-suh for taking away Tae-sok. She revealed a love letter that Eun-suh written to Joon-suh. To make it worse, Eun-suh discovered that she diagnossed with a leukemia at a critical stage. Tae-sok accidently discovered her sickness and make a promise to cure her.

Before Eun-suh died, she told Joon-suh to continue living. However, Joon-suh who grief-stricken by the death of his lover and sister, allowed himself to be struck by a truck and died shortly afterwords.
