A story of journey for Jiro Mochizuki and Kotaro to the place called The Special Zone. Jiro, known as Silver Blade was an Old Blood vampire. He is protector of Kotaro, soon revealed as a reincarnation of Alice, his former lover, a sage vampire.

Mimiko Katsuragi, an orphand who works as a compromiser. She invited Jiro and Kotaro to stay in The Special Zone. The Kowloon Child survivors, tried to take control of The Special Zone. Jiro have to fight back when Kotaro's safety is involved. The new battle begin and Jiro have to fight back new enemies and their old enemy, Cassandra which also Jiro and Alice best friends
