15-year-old Yoko, a young girl who is constantly tormented by her self-centered and devilish older sister Makiko, who works for a government office after having graduated from a famous university. But despite her ill nature, Makiko's actions tend to somehow make things better for those around her, causing others to praise her as an "ally of justice." And because of all her sister's evil attitude, Yoko longs to be free for once in her life without her sister tormenting her. Because of this, she takes it upon herself to get her sister married so she can move out.

However, like most things in her life, her plan backfires on several occasions and hardly anything changes. If anything, she was working harder than ever for her horrible sister. And as if all of that wasn't enough, there is a boy called Riku who always teases her by calling her the nickname her sister often refers to her by, (Kumako). In the end it turns out that this boy has a major crush on her. He ends up becoming one of her best friends in which she releases her pent up stress about how she is always having to bow down at her sister's heels.

Later in the story, Makiko, Yoko's sister, reveals her true nature to her husband, Naoki. Her husband becomes so revolted with her attitude, that they decide to get a divorce. Right on the brink of her sister's divorce, Yoko's life seems to be falling apart. And on top of that, a close friend of Riku's, Chika, tells Yoko that Riku is about to move away. Unable to become truthful to herself, her friends attempt to get Yoko to confess through a live T.V. program, however right in the middle of her call, her sister storms in and starts yelling at her that "You need to wake and get a move on. The world doesn't wait so stop being such a bum!ect."

Later on that day, Chika comes by to tell her that Riku is really going to move away... TODAY! But just as Chika is telling her this, Naoki and his parents come through the door saying they need to have an extremely important talk with Makiko. Later on in the discussion, just as it's about to become final about Makiko and Naoki's divorce, Makiko tells everyone that she is pregnant and that she will raise the baby herself(of course she was faking the whole tearful sincerety scene which ended up convincing and fooling everybody except Yoko).

The series ends with Yoko confessing to Riku, and Makiko giving birth to a baby girl(assumption: the baby had a bi-gender name, but was wearing pink), and showing how Yoko is the one changing its diapers, warming the bottles, while everyone else, including Makiko, just feed it (occasionly), and play with it. - wikipedia
