See More : Fantaghiro S1 (1991), Fantaghiro S2 (1992), Fantaghiro S3 (1993), Fantaghiro S4 (1994), Fantaghiro S5 (1996)

A mysterious black cloud is travelling across the land, bringing death and destruction wherever it goes. Fantaghirò is helping the people of her kingdom escape to safety when she crosses paths with young Prince Parsel. Parsel is chasing the black cloud because it took his castle, and he is trying to find a way to get it back. When the black cloud passes over Fantaghirò's castle, it too disappears, so she joins with Parsel to search for the origins of the black cloud.
They travel to the kingdom of Tohor where they discover that Tarabas, the reformed dark wizard, has been imprisoned and accused of conjuring the black cloud. Fantaghirò, who knows that he has renounced his evil ways, helps him escape. Fantaghirò, Tarabas, Parsel and Princess Angelica of Tohor (who has fallen in love with Tarabas) leave Tohor to track down the black cloud, which they discover is conjured by a powerful dark magician named Darken.
Elsewhere, the Dark Witch is struggling to revive her magical powers which have become weak after she'd helped Fantaghirò in the previous film. She needs help, so she decides to revive Xellesia, and together the two witches travel to find Tarabas and prevent him from discovering the origins of the dark cloud.
Fantaghirò and her group have tracked the black cloud to a kingdom beneath a dormant volcano. There they encounter a deformed man named Fiodor who tells them that the kingdom is ruled by Darken. Darken then emerges from Parsel's body, where he has been hiding from the very beginning. A fight ensues, and Fantaghirò is killed. An enraged Tarabas is about kill Darken when Xellesia arrives and stops him. It is then revealed that Darken is Tarabas' father, and the black cloud was part of an elaborate plot to bring Tarabas back to his evil ways.
Darken promises to bring Fantaghirò back to life if Tarabas will embrace his dark side again. Tarabas is reluctant, but Fiodor talks him into it. It is revealed that Fiodor is actually Romualdo, transformed by Darken into a hideous monster in order to taunt him with never being able to return to Fantaghirò. Fiodor also makes Tarabas promise to take care of Fantaghirò.
Tarabas finally agrees to become evil again if it means that Fantaghirò can live, and Darken revives her. While Tarabas tries to convince Darken of his evil "honesty", Fantaghirò conspires with Fiodor, Angelica and a revived Parsel to rescue the stolen castles from Darken's collection and escape from the underground kingdom. After Darken is temporarily subdued, Tarabas, Xellesia and a reluctant Dark Witch join the group in escaping from Darken's kingdom. Along the way, Xellesia sacrifices herself so her son will be safe.
Darken follows the group, and another fight ensues. In the end, Darken is defeated and Fantaghirò's castle is restored to its full glory. Fantaghirò has also realised that Fiodor is her beloved Romualdo. Fiodor tries to escape, embarrassed by his new form, but Fantaghirò insists that she does not love him for his looks. Tarabas is touched by Fantaghirò's devotion to Romualdo, and decides to move on with his life, promising Angelica that he will learn to love her.
In the end, Fiodor transforms back into Romualdo (using edited footage from the first film), and the pair are reunited.

[OTHER] FANTAGHIRO S3 (1993)

Other Name : The Cave of the Golden Rose
Country : Italy
Release : 1993
See More : Fantaghiro S1 (1991), Fantaghiro S2 (1992), Fantaghiro S3 (1993), Fantaghiro S4 (1994), Fantaghiro S5 (1996)

The evil wizard Tarabas has learned of a prophecy that a royal child no older than ten is destined to destroy his evil kingdom. Shocked to learn that he isn't invincible, Tarabas sends his clay soldiers out to kidnap all the royal children of the world. His mother, Xellesia, disapproves of this, but Tarabas is obsessed with learning how he will be defeated. Among the children he targets are the babies of Caterina and Carolina, Fantaghirò's sisters.
Fantaghirò and Romualdo protect the babies from the clay soldiers, but during the battle, Romualdo accidentally falls into a cursed river and turns into a stone statue. Fantaghirò seeks the help of the Elf Queen to cure Romualdo, but she is told that only "The Impossible Kiss" (i.e. the kiss of Tarabas) can cure Romualdo.
Fantaghirò decides to track down Tarabas by following his clay soldiers. When she comes across the clay soldiers attacking another castle, she intervenes. However, she is too late to save the King, who with his dying breath asks Fantaghirò to take care of his daughter, Princess Smeralda. Fantaghirò agrees, and takes Smeralda away to safety.
Tarabas, who has learned about Fantaghirò's quest, deliberately crosses paths with Fantaghirò and Smeralda as they are travelling in the forest. He claims to be a common traveller, and they agree to camp together for the night for safety. Although Smeralda is suspicious, Fantaghirò doesn't suspect anything. As they sleep, Tarabas is overcome with desire to kiss Fantaghirò, but as soon as he approaches her, he starts to transform into a hideous beast.
Tarabas runs away from the camp, and as soon as he does, the transformation ceases and he returns to his human form. He is confronted by Xellesia, who explains that the dark magic within him doesn't allow him to fall in love, for as soon as he tries to kiss the one he desires, he will be transformed into a beast to devour them.
Fantaghirò and Smeralda continue on their journey, and are reunited with Lightning and Bolt who have a new plan to track down Tarabas. They resurrect the Dark Witch and hold her heart hostage, promising to give her back her heart if she helps them find Tarabas. The Dark Witch reluctantly agrees, and leads them to Tarabas' underground lair.
There, Fantaghirò is shocked to learn that the man she'd befriended in the forest is the feared Tarabas. Tarabas agrees to give Fantaghirò the Impossible Kiss if she will marry him. Fantaghirò agrees. Tarabas chains himself up to prevent himself from devouring Fantaghirò, and they kiss. The magic of the Impossible Kiss is captured by the Dark Witch, who promises to take it back to Romualdo. As Fantaghirò is preparing to marry Tarabas, she is told by Lighting and Bolt that the Dark Witch has broken her promise, and the power of the Impossible Kiss is waning.
Tarabas agrees to let Fantaghirò go, if she will promise to return him. Fantaghirò promises and chases after the Dark Witch, but it is too late. Although Romualdo cannot be revived, Fantaghirò keeps her promise and returns to Tarabas. But Tarabas has had a change of heart and lets Fantaghirò go, realising that this is the only way to prove his love for her. A second Impossible Kiss is made when Tarabas kisses Smeralda, whom he has also grown to care for. This second kiss revives Romualdo, the pair are finally married, and they adopt Smeralda as their daughter.

With "Fallen", Michael Shanks (Dr. Daniel Jackson) rejoins the cast, and Corin Nemec (Jonas Quinn) gets billed as a "Guest Star" (besides "Fallen"/"Homecoming", he would have his only other guest appearance later in "Fallout"). George Touliatos previously played Pyrus, Shyla's father, in "Need." The scenes with the Goa'uld motherships flying in hyperspace are actually stock footage from the Season 2 episode "The Serpent's Lair." Director Martin Wood has a cameo in Fallen as the man in the elevator with Jonas at the beginning of the episode. Peter DeLuise, who directed "Fragile Balance", provided the voice of Loki in the same episode. Christopher Heyerdahl, who played Pallan in "Revisions", would later play the recurring characters of Halling and the Wraith 'Todd' on Stargate Atlantis. Peter LaCroix previously played the Ashrak in "In the Line of Duty".
Kavan Smith, who appeared in "Enemy Mine" as Major Lorne would later reprise this role as a recurring character in Stargate Atlantis. In "Space Race", Alex Zahara takes on the role of Warrick, who was played by Dion Johnstone in "Forsaken". This marks Zahara's sixth different character that he has played on Stargate, usually under make-up. It's also the second week in a row that someone else has taken over a role originally played by Dion Johnstone. G. Patrick Currie, who plays Eamon in this episode, took over Johnstone's role as Chaka in the previous weeks. Patrick Currie (Eamon) previously played Fifth in season six's "Unnatural Selection". The weapon Carter uses in "Avenger 2.0" (referred to as the Carter Special) was created as the show could not use P90's as the war in Iraq made getting hold of the cartridges difficult.
"Chimera" was alternatively entitled Black Widow Carter. In the episode, Carter mentions how all of her boyfriends in the past are dead, which is accurate. David DeLuise appeared as the fourth DeLuise on Stargate - Dom, Michael, and Peter have all appeared in the past. At one point, Carter hums the Stargate SG-1 theme tune in the elevator in the episode, breaking the Fourth wall. Amanda Tapping actually wanted to hum the MacGyver theme but couldn't remember the melody. Carter also says that Colorado Springs has no zoo, when it in fact does, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Producer Joseph Mallozzi said that this was supposed to be a subtle hint that Carter spends too much time at work to notice what her city has to offer. At the beginning of the episode, there is a shot of what should be the University of Chicago, in fact the shot is of the University of Chicago Lab School, a lower school affiliate. "Heroes, Part 2" was the 150th episode of Stargate SG-1 to be aired. Adam Baldwin, who plays Colonel Dave Dixon, commander of SG-13, in this episode, is well-known among sci-fi fans for playing Jayne Cobb in the cult hit Firefly and its big-screen adaptation Serenity and also Marcus Hamilton in Angel. Mitchell Kosterman previously played a different character, Special Agent James Hamner, in "Seth". "Heroes" also marks the first appearance of Agent Richard Woolsey (Robert Picardo) on the series. Picardo is most well known for playing the holographic Doctor on Star Trek: Voyager.
"Resurrection" is the first SG-1 episode directed by Amanda Tapping. It is also the only SG-1 episode to have both been written by an actor on the show (Michael Shanks) and to be directed by one as well. The White House interior set in "Inauguration" and "Lost City" is the same one used in X-Men 2. Along with "Disclosure", "Inauguration" is one of only two episodes where none of the regular characters except General Hammond are featured. This is the only season of Stargate SG-1 to air on the Sci-Fi Channel to feature the original Showtime cast.

[OTHER] STARGATE SG-1 S8 (2004)

Subtitle : English (SoftSub)
Sub Group : -
Release : 2004
See More : Stargate film Director Cut (1994), Stargate SG-1 S1 (1997), Stargate SG-1 S2 (1998), Stargate SG-1 S3 (1999), Stargate SG-1 S4 (2000), Stargate SG-1 S5 (2001), Stargate SG-1 S6 (2002), Stargate SG-1 S7 (2003), Stargate SG-1 S8 (2004), Stargate SG-1 S9 (2005), Stargate SG-1 S10 (2006), Stargate : Continuum (2008), Stargate : The Ark of Truth (2008), Stargate SG-1 : Children of the God - Final Cut (2009), Stargate Atlantis (2004), Stargate Universe (2009)

The regular cast members of season eight are Richard Dean Anderson as Colonel/Brigadier General Jack O'Neill, Amanda Tapping as Major/Lieutenant Colonel Samantha Carter, Christopher Judge as the Jaffa Teal'c, and Michael Shanks as civilian Dr. Daniel Jackson. After O'Neill's promotion to commander of Stargate Command, Carter assumes command of SG-1. Despite being one of the main characters, Anderson's time on set was further reduced from previous seasons, and he only worked 3.5 out of 5 working days per week. After seven years of shaving his head for his role, Judge was granted his wish to have hair in season 8.
The first season of Stargate Atlantis was filmed in parallel to the eighth season of SG-1, and aired in the time slot immediately following SG-1. Richard Dean Anderson and Michael Shanks appeared in the pilot episode of Stargate Atlantis. Beginning with "New Order" and continuing into the spinoff series Stargate Atlantis, Torri Higginson replaced Jessica Steen as Dr. Elizabeth Weir. Ellie Harvie, who first appeared in "Prometheus Unbound" as Lindsey Novak, later became a regular on Stargate Atlantis
Among the notable guest stars in season eight were Steve Bacic, who Robert C. Cooper already had in mind for the part of Camulus in three of the first four episodes of season 8. Bacic is known for playing Gaheris Rhade and Telemachus Rhade on Andromeda, and previously played SG Team leader Major Coburn in "Maternal Instinct" and "The First Ones". "New Order" also marks the first appearance of Colonel Lionel Pendergast (Barclay Hope). "Prometheus Unbound" guest starred Claudia Black, of Farscape fame, as Vala Mal Doran. Black had originally been considered for the role of Krista in "Affinity", but her schedule did not allow it. Krista was then played by Erica Durance, who played Lois Lane in Smallville and Black would later join the cast of Stargate as a regular, playing Vala in seasons 9 and 10. Dan Castellaneta, the voice of Homer Simpson on The Simpsons, guest starred as Joe Spencer in the episode "Citizen Joe". Charles Shaughnessy, known from his role in The Nanny as Maxwell Sheffield, appeared as Colson in "Covenant". Tony Amendola appears again as Bra'tac, and Carmen Argenziano as Jacob Carter/Selmak. Another recurring actor is Mel Harris as Oma Desala in "Threads".
With the defeat of the Goa'uld in "Reckoning"/"Threads", several actors make their final appearance in season eight. Yu, the longest-running Goa'uld recurring character, dies. Season eight also sees the final defeat of main villain Anubis. After David Palffy played Anubis from seasons five through seven, the entity that made up Anubis was portrayed by Michael Shanks, Gavin Hood, Holly Ferguson, Amanda Tapping and Richard Dean Anderson in "Lockdown", by Dean Aylesworth and Rik Kiviaho in "Reckoning", and finally by George Dzundza in "Threads". As with the two preceding seasons' finales, "Moebius" was intended to be the Stargate SG-1 series finale, and as such many actors reprised their roles from past episodes: Don S. Davis as George Hammond, Peter Williams as Apophis, Colin Cunningham as Major Davis, and Jay Acovone as Charles Kawalsky. "Moebius" was the last episode to feature Richard Dean Anderson as a main cast member.
The main technician (played by Gary Jones), who sported the name "Norman Davis" on his uniform for seven years, was officially renamed "Walter Harriman". In the episode "2010", O'Neill referred to him as "Walter". Simply renaming the character to "Walter Davis" did not clear, so he was renamed to "Walter Harriman" after Hammond had called him "Airman", which sounds similar to "Harriman", in the pilot episode. Joseph Mallozzi explained the resulting incongruity by positing that Harriman is Walter's married name.
One scene in "Zero Hour" featured Pierre Bernard as a technician. Bernard is a graphics designer for the NBC show Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and was offered the cameo on SG-1 after a rant on Late Night in which he said the show was better without Daniel Jackson. The show's writers named his character "O'Brien" as a tongue-in-cheek reference. The Stargate producers later invited Bernard back to the set for a scene in the 200th episode of SG-1 - wikipedia

[OTHER] CHANDRAMUKHI (2005)

Other Name :
Episode : 1
Format : mkv
Audio : Tamil
Subtitle : English (Softsub)
Sub Group :
Release : 2005

The movie opens with Saravanan (Rajinikanth), an Indian-American psychiatrist coming to India on vacation. He meets up with his friend and foster brother, Senthilnathan (Prabhu Ganesan), and his wife, Ganga (Jyothika). Senthil's origninal mother (Saravanan's adoptivemother), Kasturi (K. R. Vijaya) wanted Senthil to marry his paternal aunt, Akhilandeshwari's (Sheela) eldest niece Priya (Malavika), daughter of Kandaswamy (Nasser) to reunite the two families after 30 years of separation. They separated because their father was supposed to marry his intimidating older cousin, Akhilandeshwari, who is the bachelorette family head of her late parents' family, and Priya's paternal aunt and foster mother. However he marries Ganga. Saravanan learns that they have bought the Vettayapuram Palace, despite a fear of the place and attempts by the elders to dissuade them. Saravanan moves in with them. Akhilandeshwari is jealous of Saravanan and with her assistant (Sonu Sood) she tries to destroy Saravanan.
When they go to a temple, a priest reveals why everyone is frightened. When King Vettayan lived in the palace, he took a trip to Andhra Pradesh and met the dancer Chandramukhi, instantly falling in love with her beauty. However, she would not return his love because her heart was already set on the dancer Gunasekaran. Vettayan kidnapped her and brought her back to his palace. Chandramukhi, without letting the king know, had Gunasekaran stay in a nearby house. When the king found out, he killed Gunasekaran on Durgashtami and burned Chandramukhi alive. Chandramukhi's spirit continued to remain in the palace to take revenge on the king. Legend had it that her soul was locked up in the southern room with a king cobra. Shortly afterward, Saravanan helps Priya with her love affair with their neighbour, dance professor Viswanathan (Vineeth), and persuades her parents and aunt to speak with him to arrange their marriage.
When Ganga learns of Chandramukhi's story, she wants to go to her room because she thinks that this story was made up to scare thieves from stealing costly treasures which she believes are in the room. She gets the key and opens the door. Subsequently, strange things begin happening in the household: a ghost is scaring the people in the house, things are inexplicably breaking, and Ganga's sari catches on fire. Suspicion turns towards Durga (Nayantara), the gardener's granddaughter. Senthil calls Saravanan for help with the mysterious events. The night Saravanan returned, a mysterious being made an attempt to kill Priya. As someone tries to kill Senthil, once with poison, and another time by pushing a fish tank, a mysterious voice sings in the middle of the night, and Saravanan tries to figure out what's happening. The night of Priya and Viswanathan's wedding reception, Ganga mysteriously disappears from the canopy. When Saravanan notices, he goes to look for her. But he ends up almost getting killed by the goon sent by Akhilandeshwari for arranging her niece's marriage. He knocks the goon out and, with Senthil's help, they find Ganga, supposedly being sexually harassed by Viswanathan. Saravanan informs Senthil and Viswanathan that Ganga has a split personality of Ganga and Chandramukhi. The reason she tried to kill Priya and Senthil, and frame Viswanathan for sexual harassment, was because in Chandramukhi's eyes, Viswanathan is her lover Gunasekaran, who looks just like him. The only way to stop it is to make her believe Saravanan is dead because Chandramukhi was killed by King Vettayan, who looked just like him.
Saravanan says that he will act as the king and let Chandramukhi kill him and get Chandramukhi out of Ganga's body, with the help of world-renown exorcist Ramachandra Acharya. He will sacrifice his life because he looks just like the king, and he went up to Chandramukhi's room and she saw him. Akhilandeshwari hears his idea, realising that she was wrong to try to destroy Saravanan and begs him for forgiveness. Later, in the dance hall, the family and Ramachandra Acharya did what Saravanan asked them to do. They let Chandramukhi pour oil on him so she can burn him alive. When she lights the match, Ramachandra Acharya blows the smoke and ash in her face. Then Senthil opens a trapdoor to let Saravanan fall down and a cardboard figure of him gets burnt. Chandramukhi thinks that the king is dead and leaves Ganga's body. Ganga is cured. After 30 years of separation, the two families are reunited. Saravanan and Durga have a love affair and she went with him. And finally, Swarna and Murugesh (Vadivelu) are parents after 8 years of marriage - wikipedia
